Get Levrg collects certain personal information about our clients and visitors to our websites, limited to the kind of information that can be found on a business card (“Personal Data”). Get Levrg uses a third-party CRM application to securely store Personal Data about website users, comprising business contact information including your name, title, business address, business email and business telephone number (“Personal Contact Information”). We may also collect publicly available information like biographical information from your employer’s website or information from your profile on business networking sites like LinkedIn. Get Levrg uses the relationship hierarchy feature of its CRM software to maintain information about your professional relationships such as your employer or previous employer, your administrative assistant, your boss or relationships to other organizations that you may have such as participation in industry groups. If you have a publicly available photograph or you provide us with a photograph Get Levrg may store a photograph with your Personal Contact Information. Get Levrg may also store additional Personal Data like interests with your Personal Contact Information.
Get Levrg collects IP information related to your use of our website including how you found the web-site, what pages you view and how long you spend on the web-site.
The primary use of your Personal Contact Information and IP Information is to maintain strong business relationships with our clients, partners and potential clients and partners.

Data is stored in Canada using both cloud and server-based technology using the services of a third-party CRM provider. All data is fully encrypted in transit and at rest.

A minimum of one piece of photographic identification listed above and a supporting document is required.
