The talent in Bangladesh is very unique. Highly skilled. Highly focused (subject matter experts). Price ranges are determined on 2 major axes:
- English communication at the customer-facing level (beyond english proficiency… think about customer-facing)
- Subject Matter Expert on a specific topic (like eCommerce experience on Hubspot Campaigns) vs. Video Editor (generalist).
Here is a general rule of thumb for you:
Level 1 – Crew talent – Task Mastery:
$300 – $500 USD. Non-customer facing.
Level 1 – Crew talent – Task Mastery (years of experience):
$500 – $1,000 USD. Can be in the background of customer calls as a Subject Matter expert.
Level 1 – Crew talent or start of Level 2 – Program Manager / Team Leader:
$1,000 – $1,500 USD. Absolutely customer-facing.
Level 2 – run the entire Program, Initiative, and Project from start to finish:
$1,500 – $2,000 USD. Absolutely customer-facing. Have them run calls with customers. Let them lead.
