Subscription Services Delivery

Upon subscription, clients gain access to our Marketing Support-as-a-Service, Sales support-as-a-service,digital-prospector,customer-support-as-a-service,va-support-as-a-service,social-media-and-content-team,learn, as detailed on our website’s pricing section. Services are accessible electronically through unique passwords and user identifications provided by Get Levrg.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. **Refunds**: Get Levrg may, at its discretion, offer a full refund if:

No Services Received: The Services were not provided at all during the subscription term. This could include technical issues preventing access or failure to initiate service delivery..

Cancellation within 30 Days: A refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase.

Please note: This refund policy does not guarantee a refund in all cases.

2. **Cancellation**: Clients may terminate their subscription at any time. The termination will be effective within 30 days following Get Levrg’s receipt of the cancellation notice.

3. **Project Abandonment**: If the client fails to engage with Get Levrg’s services for a period of 30 days after repeated attempts to commence or continue the provision of services, the project may be considered abandoned at the discretion of Get Levrg, with any applicable refund subject to forfeiture.

Responsibilities and Administrative Fees

1. **Client Responsibility**: Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords and user identifications. Clients will be held liable for any unauthorized use of their accounts.

2. **Administrative Fee**: All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee charge.
