Cracking $1M in Year One:
Our LinkedIn Playbook
We all use LinkedIn. But let me ask you this: How much revenue are you actually generating from it? Most people would scratch their heads and articulate an insignificant number. But why is that?
Here is what we’ll cover this week:

Cracking $1M in Year One: Our LinkedIn Playbook

In our first year at Get Levrg, we reached $1M in revenue, driven largely by 101 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated in just 168 business days—all through LinkedIn.
But what really made the difference? 🤔
It’s all about the strategies we used to connect with people in a meaningful way.
1️⃣ Founder/CRO Live Events
We took a hands-on approach by hosting live events in Moncton, Salt Lake City, and Tampa Bay. These weren’t just gatherings; they were about building relationships. Each event attracted around 30 guests, and within three months, 3-4 of them became customers. LinkedIn was crucial, not just for promoting the events, but for engaging with attendees before, during, and after.
2️⃣ Permission-Based Podcast Invitations
Our podcast, ‘Outsource To Profits,’ became a fantastic tool for building connections. Inspired by Brynne Tillman, we invited founders to share their stories. The key was to focus on them—asking thought-provoking questions and offering them a platform. If they showed interest in our work, we explored further. This approach led to genuine connections that often turned into business.
3️⃣ Benchmarking Tools
We introduced benchmarking tools that allowed potential clients to assess their performance. By comparing their margins, operating leverage, and sales benchmarks against industry standards, we provided them with clear insights. These tools sparked valuable conversations and often led to deeper discussions on how we could help them improve.
LinkedIn is a vast network with endless possibilities. Our success over the past year shows that with the right strategies, you can make meaningful connections that drive real business results.
If you’re not fully leveraging LinkedIn yet, now is the time to start! ✅
The LinkedIn Prospecting Equation No One Talks About

Here’s a common scenario I see all too often: founders, CROs, and sellers dive into LinkedIn prospecting with enthusiasm but quickly lose patience. ❌
They expect it to work like email campaigns from years ago—send a hundred messages, get a few replies, book some meetings. But LinkedIn doesn’t work that way anymore. And that’s the challenge.
Many give up just when they’re on the brink of a breakthrough. They quit too early, missing out on what could have been a game-changing opportunity.
But here’s the key: consistency. It’s not about getting instant results; it’s about playing the long game.💯
🔍 Let’s break it down:
Say your average deal is worth $50,000, and your business operates with a 25% profit margin. If you invest $12,000 a year in LinkedIn prospecting—just $1,000 a month—you only need to win one customer to see a solid return. That single $50,000 deal brings in $12,500 in profit, which is more than your investment. Not bad, right?
But it gets better. If that customer stays with you for three years, generating $150,000 in revenue, your profit soars to $37,500—over three times your initial investment. This means that even a minimal return, like landing half a customer over a year, would still give you a 50% return on your invested capital.
So, can you win one customer a year through LinkedIn prospecting? Absolutely. The real question is, will you stick with it long enough to see the results?
Consistency is key. Don’t give up too soon—you’re closer to success than you think.

The Importance of the Seven-Day Sprint 🏃

Let’s talk about the power of the seven-day sprint when working with offshore talents. 🌍
The key to maximizing your team’s potential is to focus on outcomes, not just time spent. Your goal? Buy back your time from $5-an-hour tasks so you can zero in on $500-an-hour value creation.
Here’s how you do it ⬇️
Every week, set a clear, actionable goal for your offshore team. Think about what you want to accomplish by the end of those seven days. For example, maybe you want a complete database of all the SaaS companies in New York with over 200 employees, loaded into HubSpot. That’s an outcome. 🎯
Once you’ve set this target, shift your focus. Let your team handle the details, while you concentrate on bigger, more strategic projects.
Throughout the week, your team will update you on their progress, but the real check-in comes at the end of the sprint. By then, your goal should be fully realized, and you can immediately pivot to the next task.
Repeat this cycle every week. 🗓️
The result? You’ll find yourself far ahead of those who waste time micromanaging or stressing over daily tasks. Instead, you’ll continuously move the needle on high-impact initiatives, making every week count.
